This policy explains how subscriptions to TooHR, operated by DIGYUG LLP, can be cancelled and how refunds are handled.

1. Free tier

TooHR is free for up to 10 active users per workspace. You can use the free tier for as long as you like with no payment.

2. Paid subscriptions

Workspaces with five (5) or more active users are billed at ₹99 per active user per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your workspace billing settings or by emailing us.
On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period; you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide partial refunds for an unused portion of the current billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a verifiable billing or service issue, contact us within seven (7) days of the charge and we will review the request in good faith.
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.

5. How to request

To cancel or request a refund, email support@toohr.com from your registered email address, including your workspace name and the reason for the request.
